Job Summary
About the role:

In 2015, BitMEX revolutionised the market by inventing the Perpetual Swap, which has since become the most widely traded crypto product.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Affiliate Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience and significantly contribute to our growth strategy in Netherlands, Baltics, CEE or Balkan. You'll work closely with our experienced senior sales operatives, learning the intricacies of retail partnerships, market analysis, and client and affiliate engagement in the crypto world.
Responsibilities:
šSupport the sales team in preparing tailored sales materials for partners and retail clients. šAssist in managing and updating our CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data. šHelp prepare and analyze sales performance reports. šCoordinate logistics for samples, marketing materials, and other sales-related resources. šAssist in outreach discovery efforts to potential and existing Affiliates and clients, including email communications and calls. šContribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving sales flow and direct contact with our customers, including online webinars, offline events at conferences and providing data.
Requirements:
šCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any financial related field. šA strong interest in sales, crypto, and financial markets. šPrevious exposure in a client facing role, handling client objections regardless of industry (e.g. hospitality). šNative or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages (both written and verbal) is required. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. šOrganised with attention to detail but excellent time management. šProactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. šAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team. šPositive attitude towards problem solving, finding solutions instead of barriers. šAsking for forgiveness (to a certain extent) rather than permission based.
