Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Be a contact point for our employees at our HQ in Vienna 📍Support with diverse ongoing tasks, such as handling daily in- and outgoing mail, administering our Jira ticketing system, and detailing with any ad-hoc employee requests 📍Organise and support workshops and events at our HQ, such as team workshops, theme days, monthly company-wide drinks, and more 📍Assist our team with communication and organisation for our international hubs 📍Work on ensuring that our workplace reflects and fosters our Bitpanda style and way of working
Who you are
📍Strong organizational and project management skills, highly motivated and a great team player 📍Fluent German speaker 📍Independent worker with problem-solving skills: You’re not afraid to come up with your own solutions to given problems 📍Excellent organizational skills and a high level of commitment to handle tasks reliably, communicatively and with absolute trustworthiness 📍Experience with the Microsoft Office package and the Google suite. 📍Fantastic communication and presentation skills, both in English and 📍German, would be an advantage
