Job Summary
What You'll Do:
📍Coordinate communications with validator and infrastructure partners 📍Assist with upgrade and hardfork logistics (e.g., prep guides, sync calls, announcements) 📍Track validator performance, uptime metrics, and reporting summaries 📍Assist with onboarding new infrastructure partners 📍Engage in technical community discussions (e.g., Discord, forums)
About You:
📍Interested in blockchain infrastructure, validator networks, or L1 ecosystems 📍Comfortable with basic technical concepts (staking, governance, tooling) 📍Highly organized, communicative, and detail-driven 📍Familiarity with tools like Notion, GitHub, or basic scripting is a plus 📍Bonus: hands-on experience running or supporting validator nodes
