Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Strategize, plan, and execute our creator marketing initiatives at scale. 📍Define creative strategy for content including writing briefs and pitching campaigns for creator relationships. 📍Produce branded content with creators to support product launches and major marketing moments 📍Work cross-functionally to vet, scope, and define high-visibility creator opportunities. 📍Help develop and execute campaigns leveraging creator partnerships to enhance engagement, education, and visibility. 📍Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to the retail marketing team 📍Work with creators to build a vibrant community in local markets and verticals 📍Negotiate and manage contracts for creators.
Required Skills:
📍4-5 years working in influencer marketing either in an in-house role or in an agency setting 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication. Must be able to negotiate and communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including agents, creators, and vendors 📍Strong creative instincts with the ability to think outside the box, while staying in tune with cultural trends. 📍Strong data-driven proficiency in defining approaches to measuring creator channels. 📍Experience marketing crypto or fintech. 📍Built or managed an influencer affiliate program
