Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Full-Funnel strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders on the design of the influencer roadmap and strategy for our sports prediction product. 📍Then execute the plan to balance top of funnel awareness with bottom funnel customer acquisition. 📍Multi-platform management: Source and manage a diverse portfolio of talent across all major social media channels (X, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch), including Podcasts and non-traditional influencer channels. 📍Commercial Negotiations: Execute a range of deal structures (CPA, Rev-Share, Flat fee and Gifting), ensuring all partnerships remain efficient against a target CPM.
Requirements:
📍5+ years of experience in Influencer Management, with a proven track record in the US Sports Betting (OSB), financial services, or regulated gaming sectors. 📍Deep understanding of the US influencer landscape, including experience managing talent of various types and sizes. 📍Proven experience in building an influencer program from scratch or launching a new acquisition channel in a highly regulated market. 📍Expert technical proficiency with influencer management tools like 📍Impact.com creator or similar platforms for attribution and tracking. 📍A strong negotiator able to rapidly secure influencer agreements and manage agency/talent manager relationships. 📍Self-Starter Temperament: Ability to thrive under pressure, meet short deadlines, and find solutions in ambiguous environments. 📍Comfortable in a high-volatility environment where product features and budget may change rapidly.
