Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
šOversee the employee onboarding process including assisting in post recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, schedule and paperwork šCoordinate logistics around expat hires šManage and maintain all employee files, digital library and records šHR data management (data entry in Workday) šAssist in Benefits administration šOrganize HR events šProvide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues šCoordinate Immigration cases and records including maintain documentation and case progression šAd-hoc (local and global) projects as assigned.
Your skills and Experience:
šBachelor in a relevant field (Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration) šMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an international, tech driven, preferably in a scale-up environment šComfortable working with high standards in a dynamic and flat organization šHands on mentality, able to prioritize, plan and use time effectively šCritical, with an eye for detail, though pragmatic
