Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
šSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processes šAssist in policy documentation and HR projects, including performance management activities šHelp maintain employee records, HR files, HRIS data entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance šSupport employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations šProvide support in preparing and coordinating payroll, tax, insurance administration šContribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience
What we're looking for:
šCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field šStrong attention to detail, organized, and proactive šGood communication skills and a team player mindset šComfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment šCurious and willing to learn across different areas of HR šAble to commit to working at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 month
