Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Support HR Operations in ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for employees. 📍Maintain proper employee records (both paper and digital) and HR data up to date, ensuring accurate information. 📍Work with external partners like insurance and system vendors to comply with legal requirements. 📍Provide timely and accurate responses to questions from employees. 📍Assist in arranging employee business trips when needed. 📍Support HR projects and tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
📍Experience 1-2 years in HR admin/operations role, travel agency ticketing operations/admin, or similar roles. 📍Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and experienced in data entry and data management. 📍Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. 📍Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to a fast-changing environment and engage in deep thinking and learning. 📍Highly responsible, capable of working independently and collaborating with others in a team.
Nice to have
📍Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), especially the BambooHR system. 📍Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
