Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šOversee and align sales teams to achieve ambitious MID counts and processing growth across our ISV and SkyTab POS partner channels. šFoster strong collaboration with API/Integrations, Product, and Commercial Vertical Leads to drive seamless partnership initiatives. šSet high-reaching team quotas, establish KPIs, and monitor progress to drive peak performance. šFacilitate productive team meetings with well-planned, strategic agendas. šChampion proactive growth, consistently surpassing sales and revenue goals set by Commercial Leadership. šWork closely with Marketing to identify and execute on growth opportunities. šProvide strategic guidance and feedback to empower each team memberās success. šServe as a trusted contact for partner issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions. šCultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing a premium experience through regular, high-quality communication. šMaintain CRM accuracy, delivering timely, insightful reporting to Leadership. šStay informed on product and service offerings, alongside tracking of industry trends, to drive relevance and impact. šEngage with Vertical leaders to develop and implement bold growth strategies. šDirect multiple sales teams with a unified focus on achieving growth in MID count and processing volumes. šThis role is ideal for a growth-minded leader who is passionate about driving success across a dynamic partner ecosystem and expanding Shift4ās influence in the market.
Preferred Qualifications:
