Our mission is to become a global player in our areas of expertise that includes: tourism systems, augmented reality, game development and financial technology. While the development of our GoArt project continues rapidly, we are starting a new AA PC/Console game. Our project, is going to be published by a large media organization. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, has a common climate and a development language. We have a talented art team that has been involved in large projects before and has been working together for a long time. Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šGuide the team with a strong technical vision, ensuring the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions using .NET & Azure services. šDesign and implement modern software architectures, define technical strategies, and optimize development processes with best practices. šDrive technical excellence by mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, and maintaining high coding standards. šAct as a people-focused leader, enhancing team motivation, strengthening employee engagement, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive. šCoach and mentor team members, supporting their professional and personal growth while promoting a continuous learning culture. šStay hands-on in development, contributing technically in critical areas and ensuring up-to-date expertise. šOptimize DevOps and CI/CD processes to accelerate software delivery and improve operational efficiency. šCollaborate closely with business units, aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives. šLead innovation and research efforts, ensuring the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
š Bachelorās degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. šAt least 9 years of experience in software development with deep expertise in .NET technologies. šStrong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API development. šExperience working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. šAdvanced understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. šExpertise in Git and version control systems. šExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). šA visionary leader who makes technical decisions with the team, guiding and inspiring engineers. šProven experience in people management, with strong communication skills, the ability to mentor and develop talent, and a leadership > šA strategic thinker with problem-solving expertise, a strong sense of ownership, and a team-first mindset.
