Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Oversee and develop key sales and revenue-generating functions, including Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Business Development and Revenue Operations šŸ“Lead and grow a high-performing team, including Enterprise Account Executives, SDRs and Partner Ecosystem Managers šŸ“Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that deliver predictable, repeatable and scalable sales results to propel TaxBitā€™s revenue growth šŸ“Meet and exceed company quarterly and annual sales goals, including ARR bookings, new logo acquisition, and sales pipeline šŸ“Lead sales campaigns and motions that build customer value and enable multi-year, multi-solution transactions šŸ“Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments and consistently deliver against that forecast šŸ“Mentor and coach the team, supporting their individual goal attainment and professional development šŸ“Engage directly with customers as an executive sponsor, with a particular focus on accelerating or expanding the largest and/or most strategic deals for TaxBit šŸ“Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, with a specific emphasis on growing that partner business and increasing high-quality lead flow šŸ“Ensure commitment from the partners for revenue goals, pipeline development and other areas of strategic focus šŸ“Demonstrate a commitment for customer success throughout the sales process and after-sales closure, in close partnership with Customer Success and Post-Sales šŸ“Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy, focused primarily on opportunities to unlock revenue growth

Required Qualifications

šŸ“15+ years of sales and/or partnerships experience, preferably selling a technical SaaS, cloud-based product to large Enterprise companies šŸ“5+ years sales leadership and people management experience šŸ“5+ years domain expertise in tax, compliance, accounting or a related field šŸ“Experience selling to Enterprise customers in the Financial Services, FinTech, Crypto and/or Tech verticals šŸ“Track record of top performance and a history of carrying and exceeding team/region/ company sales quotas šŸ“Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively hire, develop, and lead a high-performing GTM organization šŸ“Ability to understand complex technical requirements, craft solutions across multiple products, and sell across multiple business units across complex organizations šŸ“Strong presentation, white-boarding, and communication skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders šŸ“Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements šŸ“Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment and to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints šŸ“Strong interest in financial compliance technology and a deep understanding of the space šŸ“Comfortable in a high-volume, rapidly evolving and technically challenging environment
