Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop, implement, and maintain a robust risk and compliance program aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. šIdentify, assess, and prioritize potential risks across all business functions, including legal, financial, operational, and reputational risks. šDesign and implement controls to mitigate identified risks. šOversee KYC/AML compliance programs to ensure adherence to anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations. šMonitor industry developments and regulatory changes impacting the gaming industry. šStay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations governing the gaming industry in the jurisdictions we operate in. šConduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and address potential compliance gaps. šDevelop and deliver training programs to educate employees on risk and compliance policies and procedures. šWork collaboratively with various departments, including Legal, Product, and Finance, to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business. šPrepare and maintain comprehensive risk and compliance documentation. šReport to the Head of Legal on all risk and compliance matters.
Qualifications:
šMinimum 6 years of experience in risk management and compliance, preferably within the gaming industry. šProven track record of developing and implementing effective risk and compliance programs. šIn-depth knowledge of relevant gaming regulations, including KYC/AML and anti-fraud regulations. šStrong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and controls implementation. šExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. šStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior management. šAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
