Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Analyze current risks and identify potential risks affecting the company. 📍Create risk policies and procedures. 📍Lead the risk management for the global group, across all verticals, lines of business and territories in which the group operates. 📍Establish tailored risk management processes for unique lines of business, including advanced financial services, credit issuance, crypto related services, and more. 📍Evaluate the organization’s past risk management strategies and compare potential risks with defined criteria, such as cost implications and legal requirements. 📍Establish the company’s risk tolerance levels and implement measures to align with those thresholds.
Requirements
📍Proven extensive experience managing the risk function in an organization, or similar senior role in risk. 📍Ability to manage a substantial function in a global corporation. 📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Industrial Management, or a related field; 📍Experience the fintech industry — strong advantage. 📍Experience working within a large, complex global organization. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 📍Strategic mindset with the ability to understand and address broader business issues.
