Responsibilities:

📍Regulatory Advisory (across APAC with SG focus): 📍Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements and changes, including PSN02 and PSN04 and other licensing conditional requirements. 📍Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely communication and implementation of new regulations. 📍Interpret and communicate regulatory updates to internal stakeholders, product teams, data and technology teams, ensuring they understand and comply with the requirements, especially in record keeping and accurate data extraction obligations. 📍Policy Maintenance: 📍Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures to align with regulatory changes and best practices. 📍Ensure policies are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization. 📍Monitor, test and assess the effectiveness of policies and procedures, recommending improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA) are a plus. 📍At least 7+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services sector. 📍In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory requirements, including PSN02 and PSN04. 📍Proven track record of managing compliance programs and interacting with regulatory authorities. 📍People management experience is a plus.
