Job Summary

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:

📍Develop and communicate Immutable's long-term product ecosystem strategy, identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, and integrate partner tools and products to enhance capabilities for Immutable players and developers 📍Identify and prioritise key partners within the web3 ecosystem, establishing and managing relationships to integrate their tools and products with Immutable 📍Lead negotiations and secure agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes, while regularly connecting with them to maintain alignment and realise partnership visions 📍Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and BD teams to ensure coordinated and successful execution of partnerships 📍Manage the technical integration of partner tools and products, collaborating with product teams to develop integration plans 📍Coordinate with our engineering and the product team to ensure seamless integrations and efficiency 📍Lead the resolution process for technical challenges encountered throughout the integration process efficiently 📍Stay updated on web3 and blockchain trends to inform partnership strategies and identify growth opportunities. 📍Utilise market insights to innovate and drive strategic partnerships aligned with current industry developments 📍Communicate partnership strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on partnership performance and ecosystem development.

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:

📍Knowledge of web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralised applications 📍Proven ability in identifying, negotiating, and overseeing strategic partnerships. 📍5+ years of related experience in B2B work 📍Track record of managing technical integrations and collaborating closely with engineering teams 📍Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities 📍Skill in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences 📍Strong negotiation prowess to secure favorable terms with partners 📍Ability to navigate complex negotiations and foster mutually beneficial relationships 📍Preferably holds an advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field 📍Extensive background in product partnerships, business development, or similar roles within the tech or blockchain sectors.
