šDesign and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the venture builder and our businesses. šFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity across all ventures and central teams. šOversee talent development processes to attract and retain top talent across all ventures and central teams. šCollaborate with venture leaders to identify talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies with our Talent team. šDevelop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and professional development. šLead employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather insights and drive improvements. šProvide operational support to ventures by streamlining HR processes, enhancing productivity, and optimising resources. šDevelop and manage HR metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of people initiatives. šDirectly manage a People Partner, providing guidance and support in HR operations and strategic initiatives. šEnsure alignment between the People Partner and the broader HR strategy, facilitating effective execution of people programs. šEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all ventures. šStay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR policies and processes.
