šŸ“Design and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the venture builder and our businesses. šŸ“Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity across all ventures and central teams. šŸ“Oversee talent development processes to attract and retain top talent across all ventures and central teams. šŸ“Collaborate with venture leaders to identify talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies with our Talent team. šŸ“Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and professional development. šŸ“Lead employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather insights and drive improvements. šŸ“Provide operational support to ventures by streamlining HR processes, enhancing productivity, and optimising resources. šŸ“Develop and manage HR metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of people initiatives. šŸ“Directly manage a People Partner, providing guidance and support in HR operations and strategic initiatives. šŸ“Ensure alignment between the People Partner and the broader HR strategy, facilitating effective execution of people programs. šŸ“Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all ventures. šŸ“Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR policies and processes.
