Job Summary
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
📍Lead developer outreach and onboarding, startup ecosystem, and ecosystem success teams. Total department size approximately eight professionals. 📍Define, launch, and scale a builder funnel for attracting and onboarding builders, projects, and entrepreneurs to Algorand 📍Grow and scale our in-house incubator and accelerator initiatives to scalably launch successful startups and products on Algorand 📍Streamline and implement ecosystem funding for high potential pre-seed/early stage ecosystem startups 📍Build deep knowledge of key verticals, like DeFi, and identify important products or services for adoption 📍Create a scalable operating model for ecosystem success that prioritizes helping projects succeed and driving impact for the overall ecosystem 📍Build a process to track effectiveness and measure success and output 📍Work cross-functionally with marketing, developer relations, and rest of ecosystem growth teams to cross-pollinate ideas and best practices
WHO YOU ARE / KEY REQUIREMENTS
📍8+ years of leadership experience in building and leading teams, especially at startup or tech organization, with a strong technical understanding 📍5+ years of ecosystem success, customer success, or partner management 📍2+ years of blockchain or web3 experience and a strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem; familiarity with Algorand is a plus 📍Strong leadership skills and a strategic problem solver 📍Excellent communicator and able to work across multiple disciplines internally and externally
