šŸ“Strategy & Outcomes: Work autonomously and closely with the C-level to direct the entire HR department by setting the OKRs and articulating a long term vision for maintaining and scaling our HR processes. Strategies should tie in with the business goals along with delivering value to employees. šŸ“Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end hiring for all technology and business functions across all seniority levels. Champion hiring best practices, effective sourcing methodologies, and public speaking events to grow the CoinGecko employer brand. šŸ“Employee Engagement: Guide and provide direction to the HR team in nurturing company culture and values through company-wide activities, working with the leadership team, acquiring feedback from employees, and implementing creative solutions.
šŸ“Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs that drive high performance, including fair and consistent performance reviews, scoring/evaluation criteria, goal setting, and feedback. Establish clear expectations for all employees and provide regular feedback on their performance. šŸ“Compensation & Benefits: Strategize, analyze, and contribute to the total rewards structure. Deep dive into annual compensation, allowances, commissions, bonuses, increments, virtual stock options, employee recognition, and benefits. In-depth analysis that includes benchmark details of other companies in relevant industries. šŸ“Organization Design: Develop and implement processes to support the organization's structure, including job descriptions, job roles, hierarchies, and reporting lines. Analyze and evaluate existing organizational structures, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement. šŸ“Talent Management: Partner with the leadership team to identify talent needs and develop solutions to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Design effective succession planning initiatives to ensure the organization has a strong pipeline of future leaders. šŸ“Learning & Development: Articulate a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the development of our employees. Design and implement leadership development programs that develop the skills and capabilities of managers and leaders. šŸ“Employee Relations: Oversee all employee relations matters, including addressing grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations. šŸ“HR Operations: Strategize and oversee activities related to onboarding, performance appraisals, compliance, policy, employee queries, and exit interviews. Implement HR best practices and processes. Responsible for the department’s growth and achievement by performing effective quarterly planning and driving broader organizational efforts around culture, work, and values. šŸ“Plugged-in: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in HR, contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's skills, and leverage this to inform HR strategy and decisions. šŸ“You are required to support any ad hoc tasks as required by the company.

Job Requirements

šŸ“Proven track record: You have at least 10 years of HR experience. You have planned and executed a long term HR strategy and roadmap. You have led a HR organization and successfully managed and coached your team to level up. šŸ“Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree (any field). šŸ“Domain knowledge: You demonstrate the ability to pick up knowledge of internal HR platforms (ATS, HRIS, etc.), blockchain/cryptocurrency industry, as well as overall business and department operations quickly. šŸ“HR generalist knowledge: You have a solid understanding of the full spectrum of HR. You possess deep, substantial expertise in multiple pillars of HR.
