Overview: I have recently partnered with an exciting Insurtech company focused on travel insurance. With recent $70M funding, the client is looking to scale up rapidly in 2023. The client is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Director of Partnership candidate to join their fast-growing team. If you come from Travel Insurance or Insurance space this is the role for you!

The Head of Partnership & BD will be responsible to drive rapid growth across new and current partnerships. If you are a driven and focused salesperson with a proven track record in Insurance and travel insurance space in a high-growth and competitive environment, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities: Identify promising verticals and prospects that will help grow a healthy pipeline across various verticals. Nurture, qualify and convert leads from the BDR and Marketing teams. Perform deep discovery to learn business goals, identify process gaps, and uncover challenges that will unlock value for your clients. Demonstrate verbally, in writing and through live product demos, how customers can capture value and envision their future with our technology. Maintain a solid, organized portfolio and nurture key accounts. Proactively report your activities in Salesforce and monitor core metrics, KPIs, and trends.

Qualifications: 5+ years of sales/partnership background, consistently exceeding annual sales quotas. Ideally within Insurtech, Insurance or Travel Insurance space. A solid network of potential prospects and partners in the region is preferable. Track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals as an individual contributor in charge of the full sales cycle. Tech-savvy and fast learner, with a real passion for Technology. Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills.
