Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Lead BitGo in developing partnership opportunities that will enhance our firm’s network and generate increased balances and revenues 📍Great communication skills that can be leveraged to build strong partnerships across front/back office systems, law firms, consultants, agencies, admins, banks, FinTechs, and TradFi financing systems, etc 📍Ability to assist scaling our Capital Introductions offering across allocators, asset managers, venture capital firms, and early stage projects 📍Serve as primary point of contact to revenue- and non-revenue generating partners globally including commercial and contract negotiations, revenue attribution and collection

Skills and Experience

đź“Ť10+ years of experience in partnerships or business development across digital assets, financial services and FinTech đź“ŤEstablished network and enthusiasm for the digital asset industry, along with curiosity of new concepts such as new protocols and tokens, staking, NFTs, institutional market structure, credit etc. đź“ŤExcellent communicator with both external contacts and internal team members đź“ŤLeadership experience (e.g. managing a team) đź“ŤAgility and appetite for learning new products/technology in a fast-developing environment đź“ŤExperience with contracts, negotiations and CRM Tools such as Salesforce
