Job Summary
What you will do:
šMarketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with the companyās overarching goals and market opportunities. This includes crafting targeted Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, encompassing product launches and strategic partnerships, while ensuring the execution of a cohesive brand strategy to consistently enhance brand awareness and market perception. šPeople Management & Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Identify team membersā developmental needs and provide tailored training and coaching initiatives to help them realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the organization. šBudgeting & Resource Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring the strategic allocation of resources to maximize impact and return on investment (ROI). Continuously monitor marketing expenditures and performance metrics, delivering regular updates and insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. šCross-Functional Collaboration Supporting Commercial Success: Collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Experience teams, and Engineering to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and market adoption strategies. Act as a strategic partner to the sales organization by equipping them with the necessary tools and campaigns to effectively drive revenue growth.
What you bring to the table:
šYou are smarter than the average, a team player, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are an impact driven problem solver. šBachelorās or Masterās degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. š5+ years of experience in marketing roles with a proven track record of success in leadership positions. šStrong background in Go-To-Market strategy, digital marketing, and brand management. šDeep understanding of cloud, Web 3.0, or technology markets, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and turn them into compelling marketing messages. šStrong analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive marketing decisions and improve performance. šExcellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels.
