Job Summary
Your responsibilities
šDevelop and execute a comprehensive demand generation and Go-To-Market plans to drive customer acquisition and cross-sell new services, in partnership with various teams šUtilize customer feedback, customer interviews, and data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to drive growth šCollaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Client Services teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives šProvide leadership for team leads, senior and junior individuals within the lifecycle marketing team, and serve as a mentor for others as needed šDrive the cross-team Awareness + Pirate metrics in partnership with Growth, Product Marketing, and related teams
Skills and experience that will help you succeed
š7+ years of marketing leadership experience in hyper-growth startups šHands-on experience with email marketing, marketing automation, social, content marketing, and various types of lead generation. šProven track record of leading go-to-market strategies for new solutions, ideally within the fintech industry šDemonstrated ability to scale client acquisition and increase revenue growth šStrategic thinker with a data-driven mindset šHave a deep understanding of, and passion for, Bitcoin šExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills šThoughtful and questioning šComfortable with contributing to projects outside of the ordinary scope of your role
