Job Summary
You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:
📍Own the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) function, leading experimentation across key funnels with ambitious targets and a rigorous testing cadence 📍Drive Performance Marketing, optimising ad spend efficiency, reducing customer acquisition costs, managing creative testing, and implementing sophisticated attribution modelling 📍Oversee Lifecycle Marketing Optimisation, using data-driven segmentation strategies to improve engagement metrics and increase customer lifetime value through retention campaigns 📍Build and refine measurement frameworks to track and analyse growth performance, ensuring strategic decisions are based on actionable insights 📍Partner closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives
