Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn and manage the trading applications and data platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability. đź“ŤBe the key contact for traders, working closely to understand pain points and proactively resolve system issues. đź“ŤDiagnose and troubleshoot technical problems within the trading stack, escalating to engineering teams where needed. đź“ŤLead and mentor team members responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing trading systems. đź“ŤCollaborate across tech teams, ensuring smooth integration between trading engines, order management system, and data platforms. đź“ŤDrive automation and process improvement, reducing downtime and optimizing workflows. đź“ŤEnsure robust monitoring and alerting, providing traders with real-time insights into system health. đź“ŤPartner with business stakeholders to translate trading requirements into effective technology solutions. đź“ŤContinuously improve system performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
What We’re Looking For
đź“ŤStrong technical background in trading systems, ideally within a crypto or high-frequency trading environment. đź“ŤDeep understanding of trading applications, market connectivity, and real-time data flows. đź“ŤExperience with trading system architecture đź“ŤProven leadership experience, managing teams in a fast-paced trading environment. đź“ŤAbility to diagnose and resolve issues quickly, with a proactive, business-focused approach. đź“ŤStrong communication skills, able to bridge the gap between traders and technology teams. đź“ŤFamiliarity with market data, order management systems, and risk controls is highly desirable.
