Job Summary
What You'll Do
šEstablish and optimize robust financial processes, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting šDrive strategic decision-making through sophisticated financial modeling, metrics tracking, and business analytics šOversee cash management, capital planning, and investor relations activities šBuild and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and banking institutions šDevelop and implement financial controls and compliance frameworks to support rapid scale šPartner closely with executive leadership to drive company strategy and growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
š15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant leadership roles in both controlling and FP&A functions šDeep expertise in US GAAP, financial planning, and strategic analysis, with startup scaling experience šStrong technical background with modern finance systems and automation tools šMBA or CPA preferred, with experience in venture-backed startups šOutstanding leadership presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels šStrategic mindset combined with hands-on operational excellence šExperience managing banking relationships and fundraising processes
