Responsibilities:

📍Set the vision and strategy for the engineering team, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic and business goals. 📍Foster an entrepreneurial culture with a customer-centric focus. 📍Lead engineering team to conceptualize and deliver innovative D2C digital products and services that leverage blockchain and Web3 capabilities, meeting customer needs and market demands. 📍Set the strategy and roadmap in realigning the engineering and product teams. 📍Collaborate closely with the executive team and stakeholders to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs. 📍Monitor Product, Development and Technology KPIs to assess performance and strategic alignment. 📍Ensure technology and data security standards and best practices are maintained across the organization. 📍Communicate the company’s technology strategy to key stakeholders, employees, and customers. 📍Partner with cross-functional teams to align product vision and technology implementation. 📍Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in digital asset management, Web3 and blockchain technology. 📍Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, establishing thought leadership in the blockchain and Web3 space. 📍Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technology Leader or similar leadership role in a technology-centric organization, preferably within the payments, blockchain and/or crypto industry. 📍A passion for blockchain and Web3 technologies and a keen interest in exploring their potential for disrupting traditional business models. 📍Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, crypto markets, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps). 📍Knowledge of cybersecurity risks and best practices in crypto and blockchain industry. 📍Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing technology teams. 📍Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 📍Experience in project management and agile methodologies. 📍Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities.
