Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
šSupport day-to-day activities and projects within the Growth Marketing Team. šAssist in delivering initiatives related to automating growth workflows, building AI-powered marketing tools, rapid experimentation with non-engineering stacks šConduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data and Customer Success. šPrepare documentation, presentations, or insights for internal stakeholders. šLearn industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
šCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative/technical field (e.g., Engineering, Analytics, Applied Sciences). šTechnical curiosity, automation-first mindset, experimental builder, growth hacker energy. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. šClear written and verbal communication skills. šA proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. šStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
