Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍As a Growth Marketer, you will play a critical role in accelerating Crossmint’s growth. Your main KPI will be inbound generated, directly or indirectly (# of opportunities and revenue generated through them). 📍To achieve that, you will be working closely with the founders and leadership team doing things like: 📍Growth Hacking: Continuously run experiments to identify new growth channels, and try creative things to get more developers/companies into the platform 📍SEO: Own the SEO strategy, producing and editing content and other artifacts to improve the website’s authority and traffic generated via organic search (incl. AI searches) 📍Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement 📍Social Media: Help drive growth on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Warpcast to increase our social media presence and engagement 📍Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn and Google Ads 📍Measure: monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement 📍Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest web3 trends to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective 📍Owning outcomes: Track key metrics and report stats to the team to showcase the impact of your work
About You:
📍You will bring proven marketing expertise and a passion for growth: Growth-hacking mindset. You know what makes people tick and how to get them excited. You can run effective campaigns quickly 📍Previous marketing experience. You’ve done it before and can help us implement it quickly 📍Experience with start-ups and (ideally) developer products 📍A+ written and spoken English
