Job Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities:

📍Craft and dispatch engaging emails to Magic Square's existing user base to boost active users, retain, and re-engage inactive ones. 📍Leverage the push notification system in the Magic Store to maximize user engagement. 📍Collaborate closely with Community Management teams to implement growth hacking strategies on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Reddit. 📍Provide support and guidance to our Social Media Team, optimizing practices to transition users from social media platforms to the Magic Store. 📍Assist the PPC Marketing Team in refining strategies for achieving the highest conversion rates in our campaigns. 📍Work with the Magic Store product and content team to enhance the First-Time-User-Experience, ensuring a smooth registration and onboarding process that converts leads into active users. 📍Hands-on involvement in content creation, editing, and collaboration with design teams to produce compelling marketing materials. 📍Employ analytical tools to analyze user behavior, track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and conduct market research. 📍Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing funnels, implement A/B testing, CRO, and UX improvements. 📍Oversee digital marketing campaigns, implement marketing automation, monitor key metrics, and report on progress.

The ideal candidate - who you are and requirements:

📍Business-level English proficiency. 📍Minimum 2 years of experience in growth hacking or marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with blockchain industry experience. 📍Must be willing and able to work within European/African/Middle-Eastern time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with our global team. 📍Comprehensive understanding of Web3 business aspects and the unique dynamics of token ecosystems. 📍Excellent copywriting and communication skills. 📍Familiarity with various marketing channels and tools. 📍Exceptional data analysis skills and proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRMs). 📍In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media marketing). 📍Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and project management abilities.
