Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šPartnership Development: Seek out and establish strategic partnerships with other blockchain and web3 products, technology providers, and relevant organizations to drive mutual growth. This involves conducting ongoing research, attending industry events, and networking with relevant communities and identifying new white spaces. šProduct Development Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to identify ecosystem needs and opportunities for new or improved product offerings via partners. šFinancial analysis and forecasting: Analyze the financial and resourcing investment viability of potential deals and forecast future growth KPI projections. šMarket Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape for our products. šData analysis: Analyze data to inform market share, future strategies and optimize performance by actively driving and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). šLarge Scale Negotiation and Deal Closure: Develop and own strategy process and framework for key partner verticals. Proactively source and lead negotiations with potential partners and clients, ensuring deals are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and financial goals. Manage a pipeline of deals and partners independently.
Requirements:
šBachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus. š6+ years proven experience in business development at a tech company, with at least 2 years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry. šStrong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and the Web3 ecosystem. šExceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-level stakeholders. šUnderstanding web2 and web3 consumer trends - behaviors, preferences, and expectations of users within these distinct internet paradigms. šStrategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing growth strategies. šHighly organized and capable of autonomously managing multiple projects and relationships simultaneously. šAbility to work independently and in a team environment, adapting to rapidly changing dynamics. šRelationship building and networking. šNegotiation and deal-making. šHungry yet humble, and wants to lead by example. šCan collaborate and influence in a āwin as a teamā environment.
