Wynd Network enables access to public web data through decentralized data scraping tools such as our first product, Grass. Grass is a network sharing application that allows users to sell their unused bandwidth. Effectively, this is a residential proxy network that directly compensates individual residential IPs for the bandwidth they provide. Wynd will route traffic equitably among its network and meter the amount of data that each node provides to fairly distribute revenue. In non-technical terms: we're unlocking everyone's ability to earn from a passive income stream by simply selling the unused internet bandwidth on personal devices (laptops, smartphones).
Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing.
📍Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities across user acquisition, retention, and engagement channels. 📍Developing, executing, and iterating on growth experiments to optimize performance and scale Grass. 📍Helping design and launching ambassador programs to expand reach and engage new audiences through grassroots initiatives. 📍Building relationships with influencers, creators, and niche communities to amplify brand visibility and drive adoption. 📍Coordinating influencer campaigns, including outreach, content planning, and performance analysis. 📍Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure success and inform decisions. 📍Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform growth strategies.
Skills, Requirements and Qualifications.
📍Minimum of 2 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or creative role. 📍Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions. 📍Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 📍Uses first principles and systems thinking to understand and solve problems. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Experience building and managing ambassador or influencer programs.
