Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop creative concepts and design assets for various marketing materials including digital campaigns, social media content, email newsletters, presentations, print collateral, and website graphics šCollaborate closely with the team to understand project objectives and create designs that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement with our target audience šProduce high-quality visual content that adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the Zamp brand identity across all touchpoints šExecute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of assets while maintaining attention to detail and design excellence šStay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work šWork closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results and meet project objectives šManage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables šCollaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support design projects and ensure consistency in brand representation šAssist in the development and maintenance of design templates and assets to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the marketing department šContribute creative ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions and design meetings to drive innovation and excellence in design execution
Qualifications & Skill Set required:
šBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field š3-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting šProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools šStrong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects šSolid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals šExcellent creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics šStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment šAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment šFlexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback from stakeholders
