Confirmo is in an exciting position. We’re building an innovative B2B2C payments product through which we’re disrupting the legacy finance industry. We still possess the startup DNA but we also have significant traction, and we are growing rapidly. This requires a balanced mixture of speed and novel approaches to product design blended with understanding of requirements of established customers. Something along the lines of “Move fast, but don’t break everything”.

Experience needed

📍Proven experience designing intuitive and secure digital products ideally within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry 📍Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles for financial transactions, including payment flows, onboarding, and reporting dashboards 📍Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts (e.g., blockchain, stablecoins) into user-friendly and accessible designs 📍Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in financial services 📍Proficiency in using industry-standard design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe) creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups 📍Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver impactful solutions
