Rome Protocol is building a shared sequencer network leveraging Solana. Shared sequencers solve the biggest problems for Ethereum’s rollup-centric future. Using Solana as a shared sequencer leverages a well-tested, secure, and high throughput network to solve these problems. We are building a shared sequencer that can be integrated with any Ethereum based rollups. It is intended to be used for thousands of rollups. We work in person from our Los Angeles and New York offices, and are remote friendly.
Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Brand Ownership: Lead the Rome brand and sub-brands, developing all visual materials on demand and crafting the long-term visual vision for the company. 📍Workflow Development: Help create and implement efficient workflow structures across departments, organize marketing files, document processes, and manage workloads. 📍Idea Conceptualization: Develop and execute new ideas, including pitch presentation decks for investors and partners. 📍Feedback and Approval: Establish a feedback loop and approval system within the team to continually enhance workflow and efficiency. 📍Innovation: Strive to innovate and push boundaries using the latest technologies to set new trends, improving the brand and assets across all channels.
Qualifications
📍Proven experience in developing high-quality visuals, branding design, and strategies, as well as UX/UI. 📍Ability to clearly articulate ideas and adapt visual > 📍Effective collaboration with various teams, including marketing, product, and development, to align community initiatives with broader company objectives. 📍Demonstrated ability to present visual communication strategies and ideas, implement feedback, and deliver within tight deadlines. 📍Positive attitude in managing challenges within a small team, offering creative solutions for obstacles. 📍High proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe CC, Figma, etc.).
