The Uniswap Protocol is the largest decentralized trading and automated market making protocol (often called a DEX, “Decentralized Exchange”) on Ethereum. The Uniswap Labs team was a major contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and now focuses on building a suite of products to support the Uniswap ecosystem. Our team is one of the most impactful in crypto. We are based out of SoHo in New York City with the option to be partially or fully remote depending on the position.

What You'll Do
📍Support Grant Initiatives: Assist in launching, managing, and scaling grant initiatives in line with the strategic vision. 📍Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement streamlined processes for grants application, approval, and management. 📍Clear Communication: Ensure clear communication of expectations, guidelines, and feedback with grantees and internal teams. 📍Entrepreneurial Execution: Identify and execute opportunities to enhance and expand grant programs. 📍Cross-functional Collaboration: Align grant initiatives with Uniswap’s ecosystem goals. 📍Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Uniswap's mission. 📍KPI Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs related to grant initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table
📍5+ years of relevant experience in grant management, management consulting, operations or as a founder 📍Operational Skills: Strong ability to develop and manage efficient processes. 📍Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. 📍Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to launch and scale multiple initiatives effectively. 📍Multi-initiative Management: Experience managing several initiatives at once. 📍Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally. 📍DeFi Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of the crypto, DeFi, and Uniswap landscape.
