Job Summary
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
đź“ŤWork closely with the customer insights team to analyze research data customer data, providing valuable insights to drive business and marketing decisions đź“ŤCollaborator across departments, to better understand business objectives and provide approach recommendations. đź“ŤCo-lead quantitative and qualitative research projects, including proposal drafting, research design, questionnaire and discussion guide development, and analysis customer insights leads. đź“ŤDevelop executive ready reports that drive action through storytelling in partnership with other insights leads. đź“ŤContribute to the development of new processes and tools to improve research capabilities đź“ŤStay up to date with new research methods/tech (Scalable AI use cases for research) đź“ŤDrive the production of secondary research synthesises on strategic topics using external sources (i.e. Gartner etc.) đź“ŤContinuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and actively participate in training and development programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
đź“ŤCurrently enrolled full time and pursuing a Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing/ psychology/ sociology economics or related field). MBA/MS is a plus. đź“ŤPossess an understanding of basic research methodologies đź“ŤExcellent collaboration and interpersonal skills and proven ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all levels of management, including senior leaders đź“ŤStrong attention to detail, good active listening skills, and high performing organizational skills
