Responsibilities

📍Develop an intricate understanding of the DAOs where Gauntlet is, or becomes a delegate 📍Active forum participation – commenting on proposals and other DAO-wide conversations 📍Internal collaboration around decision-making for on and off-chain votes 📍Ensure Gauntlet maintains a 100% voting and participation rate 📍Proactively identify revenue opportunities that identify with Gauntlet’s product suite 📍Actively seek increased and net new delegation 📍Maintain active reporting on decided-upon metrics for internal tracking 📍Work cross-functionally as needed with Data Science, Product, and Engineering 📍Maintain a pulse and viewpoint on emerging trends in DeFi and adjacent industries

Qualifications

📍Demonstrated DeFi native governance/DAO experience 📍Deep understanding of the DeFi landscape and emerging trends 📍Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to ensure successful outcomes 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills 📍Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize 📍Ability to operate autonomously and across multiple time zones 📍You have an analytical background
