Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.
Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (Twitter, YouTube etc.) šCraft compelling content that resonates with developers, users, and the broader Web3 community šPut together paid and unpaid media mix to drive engagements, user acquisition and advocacy šLead and manage a team of social media specialists across different regions šCreative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and see them through to execution using creative resources šStay ahead of the curve on emerging Web3 trends and adapt strategies accordingly šCollaborate closely with other marketing and partnership teams to ensure brand consistency šAnalyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
What You'll Need
š7+ years in social marketing, with a proven track record of scaling engaged communities within the EVM ecosystem, particularly across Layer2 networks šProven experience leading social media strategy development and execution šDeep understanding and passion of the Web3 space and the Arbitrumās target audience šStrong track record of building and engaging online communities with paid and organic content šExcellent written and verbal communication skills šHands-on experience in content creation (video, graphics, written content) to support campaigns. šA data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics šProven ability to manage and motivate a team
