Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.

Your Responsibilities

šŸ“Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (Twitter, YouTube etc.) šŸ“Craft compelling content that resonates with developers, users, and the broader Web3 community šŸ“Put together paid and unpaid media mix to drive engagements, user acquisition and advocacy šŸ“Lead and manage a team of social media specialists across different regions šŸ“Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and see them through to execution using creative resources šŸ“Stay ahead of the curve on emerging Web3 trends and adapt strategies accordingly šŸ“Collaborate closely with other marketing and partnership teams to ensure brand consistency šŸ“Analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

What You'll Need

šŸ“7+ years in social marketing, with a proven track record of scaling engaged communities within the EVM ecosystem, particularly across Layer2 networks šŸ“Proven experience leading social media strategy development and execution šŸ“Deep understanding and passion of the Web3 space and the Arbitrum’s target audience šŸ“Strong track record of building and engaging online communities with paid and organic content šŸ“Excellent written and verbal communication skills šŸ“Hands-on experience in content creation (video, graphics, written content) to support campaigns. šŸ“A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics šŸ“Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
