Responsibilities:

📍Create and execute France market growth strategy, including license strategies and leading the delivery of end-to-end products in the market. 📍Initiate market entry strategies, including applying for and obtaining the necessary regulatory licenses within the market for -Crypto.com to be able to launch its full suite of products and services. 📍Work with the legal, compliance and risk team to ensure products and support legal documents are fully compliant with all local regulatory requirements. 📍Collaborating with team and Project Manager to implement products into France 📍Conduct regular review on market trends and study competitor activities to identify opportunities, and ensure that Crypto.com remains competitive and drive the strategies to enable the company to be a market leader 📍Foster new relationships with stakeholders, such as banks, regulators and key commercial partners in France and understanding and working within the framework of new regulatory environments. 📍Initiate product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segment. 📍You will ensure the product(s) are aligned to the business objectives and desired customer & employee experience, and contribute to increasing market share, share of wallet, customer retention, and product & customer profitability.

Knowledge:

📍Knowledge and expertise in a markets environment, including having good understanding of AMF regulations 📍Relevant understanding of banking and ownership of key relationships including understanding of fiat on-ramp and off-ramps within the market 📍Understanding and appreciation of digital assets and how these are treated within the market, including appreciation for new regulations being introduced in France 📍Knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle, Strategy formulation and flawless business execution 📍Knowledge of applying for regulatory licenses relevant to digital asset spot trading, derivatives and margin lending. 📍Strong business acumen of the market, trends in digital assets and payments.
