Responsibilities

📍Oversee the daily operations of the Hong Kong office, including procurement and vendor coordination. 📍Manage documentation, meetings, travel arrangements, and employee visa processes. 📍Ensure compliance with Hong Kong laws and renew licenses and permits as required. 📍Facilitate employee onboarding, maintain records, and support payroll processes. 📍Manage office maintenance, safety, and security measures. 📍Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations. 📍Provide administrative support to senior management and handle special projects.

Qualifications

📍Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 📍Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, office management, or a similar role. 📍Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with administrative tools. 📍Fluency in English & Mandarin. 📍Able to work fully onsite in our Hong Kong office.
