Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
šPreparing payment vouchers, tracking accounts payables and process payments for suppliers on time. šIssuing invoices (if any). šMonitoring and checking monthly, quarterly and annually overheads report. šWorking with Tax authorities and outsourcing accounting firms. šImplement settlement with local/overseas partners. šReconcile and audit of financial discrepancies as they arise. šCollaborate with international and domestic banks, funds, and other financial institutions to complete payments and reconciliation. šAR, AP and GL function at month-end closing and preparing analyses of accounts. šBe responsible for Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement). šPublishing financial statements, cash flow statements and tax returns. šRegister and allocate fixed assets. šCollaborate with HR Dept. regarding PIT (Personal Income Tax) šAny other Ad-hoc tasks assigned.
What we're looking for:
šA Degree in Accounting, Auditing and Finance. šAt least 2-3 years of experience as a General Accountant (experience in Banking Industry is a plus). šExperience in overseas banking transfer is a must. šSound knowledge of Viet Nam accounting and taxation. šAbility to communicate in English is a must. (IELTS 5.0) šProficient in data entry and management. šProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheet. Ability to use Xero accounting software is a plus.
