Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Grant and RFP Program Implementation: Design, implement, and manage multiple funding and support programs, ensuring they align with the Foundationā€™s strategic goals and the needs of the ecosystem. šŸ“Program Administration: Oversee the application processes for grants and RFPs, including outreach to applicants, managing submission platforms, and facilitating and participating in the evaluation process. Support projects end-to-end from initial engagement and compliance checks, through the lifecycle of the program, to post-grant support. šŸ“Resource Allocation: Collaborate with internal teams to effectively allocate support mechanisms to eligible projects, ensuring transparent and equitable distribution. šŸ“Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with grantees, applicants, and partners to foster collaboration and engagement within the Sui community. šŸ“Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement metrics to assess the impact of funding programs, collecting data and feedback to improve program effectiveness. šŸ“Reporting and Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting program outcomes, challenges, and new opportunities. šŸ“Training and Support: Provide guidance and resources to grantees to help them identify opportunities for support and growth. šŸ“Ecosystem Analysis: Continually research developments in the blockchain industry and Sui ecosystem to inform assessment and decision making, and to find new ways to support and grow the ecosystem.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, public policy, business administration, or technology). šŸ“4+ years of experience in program management, funding, or grants administration, preferably in blockchain, technology, or nonprofit sectors. šŸ“Strong understanding of blockchain technology and ecosystems. šŸ“Excellent project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. šŸ“Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external counterparties. šŸ“Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and evaluating program and individual project performance. šŸ“Passion for innovation and community support; team-first mentality.
