Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Fund Operations and Vendor Communications: Act as the primary liaison with the fund administrator and other vendors to ensure effective communication and resolution of operational issues. 📍Accounting Tasks: Perform regular account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in transaction records and resolving discrepancies promptly. 📍Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements and investor statements, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. 📍Expense Management: Oversee the processing of fund-related expenses, ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining accurate records for budget tracking. 📍Investor Onboarding and KYC: Facilitate the onboarding process for new investors by collecting and verifying necessary documentation, while ensuring compliance with KYC regulations. 📍Investor Relations Support: Address routine inquiries from investors regarding fund performance and operational processes, and prepare and distribute regular performance reports to enhance transparency and communication.
What You Will Need
📍At least 5 years of combined experience in accounting and fund administration 📍Background in either a quant hedge fund or crypto-related firm 📍Strong interpersonal skills and discretion to handle routine requests from investors 📍Extremely detail-oriented with zero spelling or formatting errors in work 📍Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with external counterparties 📍Experience with trade operations 📍Knowledge of fund structures, legal documents, and regulatory requirements 📍Previous experience with investor relations or client servicing 📍Knowledge of cryptocurrencies preferred
