Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Conduct regular audits across properties, focusing on: Kitchen hygiene and food safety standards 📍Inventory practices, including stock management and FIFO 📍Vendor and material storage compliance 📍SOP adherence for kitchen staff (recipes, portion control, cleaning routines, etc.) 📍Proper usage and maintenance of kitchen equipment 📍Identify operational gaps and offer actionable feedback to enhance processes. 📍Maintain and update audit checklists in line with current regulatory and internal compliance standards. 📍Prepare detailed audit reports and dashboards using MS Excel, and share findings with relevant teams. 📍Train on-ground kitchen staff on hygiene protocols, SOPs, inventory handling, and compliance requirements. 📍Collaborate with Operations teams to drive consistent improvements. 📍Ensure uniformity in kitchen operations and quality standards across all properties.
Requirements:
📍Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred. 📍1–3 years of experience in F&B operations, kitchen audits, or a similar domain. 📍Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance, including FSSAI norms. 📍Proficiency in MS Excel for audit tracking and reporting.
