Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDrive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting šPartner with accounting on the month-end close process and reconciliations šPrepare consolidated accounts and deliver insightful reporting to the Group šBuild and maintain financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support decision-making šMonitor costs, analyze deviations, and strengthen the controlling function across departments šProvide performance insights to leadership and ensure financial discipline šEnsure accounting accuracy and alignment with GAAP/IFRS principles šCollaborate closely with accounting to understand the mechanics behind P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow entries šContribute to continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, CPA a plus) š3ā5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance šStrong accounting expertise and deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS šIn-depth knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and the accounting entries behind them šStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modelling); proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
