Job Summary
Responsibilities
šFinance strategic planning: šServe as a strategic financial business partner, providing valuable financial insights and recommendations to facilitate decision-making. šSupport the Group COO in attaining key company KPIs through analysis, proactive alerts, and practical recommendations.
šFinancials & Reporting: šDevelop and maintain planning and budgeting systems, ensuring accurate financial and management reporting. šPrepare periodic management reports, including budgeting, costing, forecasting, and variance analysis. šConduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify financial opportunities or risks. šEnsure compliance with relevant government regulations and international accounting standards.
šFinancial Operations and Controls: šEstablish and update procedures to maintain consistency, relevance, and reliability of financial information, aligning with global best practices. šImplement effective internal controls to ensure compliance with both external and internal audits. šCollaborate in redefining operational and reporting processes to align with evolving global business needs. šIdentify and mitigate financial risks through the implementation of appropriate controls, in line with international standards.
šCash Flow Management: šMonitor cash flow projections and ensure the availability of funds for operational requirements. šOptimize cash flow by efficiently managing working capital, cash conversion cycles, and capital expenditures. šNurture and maintain relationships with global banks and financial institutions.
šManaging and Guiding team: šProvide guidance and support to ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities. šOversee the day-to-day work of team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet expected quality standards. šEnsure team compliance with internal policies and procedures, aligning with the company's values and code of conduct.
Requirements and Skills
šDegree in Finance/Accounting, preferably with CPA certification. šBachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, preferably complemented by CPA or equivalent certification. šExperience with shared services model and strong service oriented mindset. šMinimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in accounting, financial planning & analysis, and internal control, preferably in a multinational setting. šIn-depth knowledge of international accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). šFluency in English with exceptional communication and collaboration skills across diverse cultures and geographies. šResults-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to drive organizational success. šDemonstrates leadership, maturity, and a sense of ownership while operating within a global context. šPositive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. šExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex global financial landscapes. šExperience in the cryptocurrency industry is advantageous.
