Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
đź“ŤBringing all accounting and financial reporting in-house from external providers đź“ŤOwning the month-end close, management accounts, and financial reporting in a timely manner đź“ŤOwning all consolidated financial statements across multiple entities. đź“ŤDesigning and implementing robust accounting processes, controls, policies, and work papers đź“ŤManaging and developing all systems and processes around AP, AR, month-end, year-end financial reporting, management accounts, tax etc đź“Ťimplementing, and optimising finance systems and tools that will scale with the business đź“ŤCoordinate with external providers on tax compliance, audits, and regulatory obligations across jurisdictions đź“ŤDevelop a deep understanding of crypto accounting standards to provide the management team with actionable insights
We expect you to bring
đź“ŤThis role will suit someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and enjoys building rather than inheriting: đź“ŤQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) đź“ŤStrong technical accounting and reporting background. Experience with US GAAP accounting is a plus. Experience with digital asset accounting a plus, but not essential đź“ŤExperience managing the ERP system end-to-end (QuickBooks a plus) đź“ŤExperience in a scale-up, FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth environment preferred đź“ŤExperience in optimising transfer pricing and multi-jurisdiction accounting is a plus
