Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Support AP, operational accounting, and related processes 📍Drive financial and regulatory filing initiatives (state and federal) 📍Support relationships with key service providers 📍Project manage advisor and vendor engagements 📍Work cross-functionally on critical operational projects 📍Improve and automate finance and ops processes 📍Support finance and treasury reconciliations
Requirements & Qualifications:
📍2 - 5 years of finance or accounting experience in assurance, consulting, fintech or crypto or venture capital environment 📍CPA (preferred) 📍Public Accounting experience preferred 📍Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field 📍Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems in ambiguous situations or with imperfect information 📍Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations 📍Ability to plan for accounting and tax implications of future operations and provide recommendations 📍Outstanding organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good attitude
