Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šSupport AP, operational accounting, and related processes šDrive financial and regulatory filing initiatives (state and federal) šSupport relationships with key service providers šProject manage advisor and vendor engagements šWork cross-functionally on critical operational projects šImprove and automate finance and ops processes šSupport finance and treasury reconciliations
Requirements & Qualifications:
š2 - 5 years of finance or accounting experience in assurance, consulting, fintech or crypto or venture capital environment šCPA (preferred) šPublic Accounting experience preferred šBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field šCreative thinker with the ability to solve problems in ambiguous situations or with imperfect information šStrong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations šAbility to plan for accounting and tax implications of future operations and provide recommendations šOutstanding organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good attitude
