Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and implement comprehensive paid strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns šDive deep into client brands to best understand needs, value proposition, products, and aesthetic šConduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify strategic advertising opportunities, target audience behavior, analyze products, markets, services and current competitor strategies, providing crucial insights to inform media buying decisions and optimize campaign performance šUtilize Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Supermetrics to develop insights and action items intended to increase client revenue MoM šMonitor purchased media to ensure advertisements appear as planned across Facebook and Instagram šCompile regular reports such as deck reports, audits, quarterly reviews, and dashboards to quantify results and communicate insights šPrepare advertising timelines for client onboarding, launch, and ongoing account maintenance šCreate advertisement copy for Facebook and Instagram campaigns to generate action and engagement from the targeted audience šKeep up-to-date with target audience preferences to proactively suggest new campaigns šSurface new digital technology developments, trends, techniques, and tools for leadership šCommunicate updates, progress, and challenges with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
šMust-haves: šA minimum of 5+ years of experience in Facebook Advertising with a spend min of $10-$50K/mo aggregately. šTwo (2) years of experience working with US and UK digital agencies and managing 8-12 clients. šExpertise in Google Analytics in an eCommerce setting. šFluent and proficient in English - both written and verbal communication šCreative problem-solving capabilities: think outside the box, inside the box, and all around the box šAbility to prioritize the priorities at the moment; know what you need to do and when you need to do it šCollaborate effectively in a team environment šIntegrity, optimism, and respect regardless of the situation - are non-negotiable šAvailability and willingness to operate within the Eastern or Central Standard Time timezone.
