Job Summary
Tasks and Responsibilities
šProvide prompt responses to queries from Executives šConsult with IT experts where necessary to coordinate swift solution šProvide 1st and 2nd level technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products šDocumentation of problems and knowledge database creation šTicket coordination and management, cooperation with GSD and FS
Requirements
šLanguage skills: English on C1 level, German and French is a plus šWork from Prague D-ploy office (Budejovicka 3a, Prague 4) Oncall rotation every 4-5 weeks šIT Service Desk experience for 3+years or similar technical role šExperience in supporting top level management in a corporate environment is a plus šExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Products šStrong problem solving/analytical abilities šExcellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly
